Janairo together with Congresswoman Vilma Santos-Recto and representatives of the seven health facilities of the lone district of Lipa, Batangas signed a Memorandum of Agreement for the assurance of support to indigent patients including Dengvaxia vaccinees who will be admitted or treated in health facilities in Batangas through the provision of guarantee letter or endorsement to indigent patients by the regional office.
