It also aims to enhance the delivery of basic, essential, and specialized health services in the community.
“When providing health care interventions, it is important to first to understand current health practices, as well as the community needs, which health care services are available and what type of health care services they want. This is where primary health care comes, to provide the needs and ensure that there will be adequate and efficient services available for the residents 24/7,” Janairo emphasized.

“Once community health care services are determined only then that primary health care can be effective and efficient,” he concluded.
